This is a blended course run over three days. If you have been flying within the 101 framework and now need to operate outside some of those rules then the advanced pilot certificate is for you. If you or your company decides to not attend for COVID related reasons other than MOH orders the above course refund policy will apply.

If the Government requires FlyUAV to cease any course due to COVID Ministry of Health (MOH) orders you will receive a full refund.

If you withdraw with 72 hours or less notice you will forfeit your training cost and if you re-book you will be required pay the full course fee again to secure a new place. If you withdraw with 7 days or less you will be issued with a 50% refund.

If you decide to withdraw from the course with 14 days notice we will issue a full refund.

If you do not make payment your place can not be confirmed and courses fill quickly.

when booking courses a 50% Deposit is required to secure placement on courses and full payment is required 10 days prior to course commencement.

Successful completion of this course will enable you to work legally having been trained on your equipment and allows you to fly within 4km of aerodromes with the airport operators agreement. You will finish your Course with an exam and a Flight Test. There are some exemptions to this and we are happy to discuss them with you and see if this course is right for you. If operating within 4km of Airports and helipads you must also complete a course of training to make your flights legal. Once you have completed the course you will gain a certificate of competency which meets this requirement. If you plan on using a drone commercially it is important to understand that all employers are responsible to ensure that staff and/ or contractors are trained to use all plant and equipment in the workplace and this includes drones. We will teach you to keep yourself and others safe and have fun.
